Since the course, I have listened to the recordings twice and have had incredibly vivid dreams. I’ve rarely had this level of detail of dreams, and I have remembered to tell my brain, "it is time for bed" and within minutes I am asleep.

After the first day, my dreams were much more vivid and I have a felt sense of a stronger connection to spirit. I have a new relationship to dream time and know how my actions during waking hours influence this.
